Scott Andersen is a nationally recognized technology strategist and one of the world’s most accomplished enterprise architects, with over three decades of leadership in cloud transformation, AI strategy, and large-scale IT modernization. Currently serving as a distinguished architect and DHS CTO for Verizon Public Sector, Scott has designed and implemented critical systems across federal and state agencies, guiding the modernization of infrastructure for organizations such as DHS, the U.S. Coast Guard, ICE, FEMA, and the U.S. Treasury.

A pioneer in enterprise architecture, Scott was among the first 100 professionals globally to earn the Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) credential. He became the first person in the world to receive the Professional Certified IT Architect (CITA-P) certification from IASA Global.
